Orthodontics???

m getting braces andd.......?


Ok iam getting braces and i have just 1 baby tooth left its kinda loose but not really can i tell my orthodontist to just not put a bracket on that one baby tooth and like brace the permanent teeth


have you ever had a baby tooth during braces ? like not braces pleaseee help iam SO worried becasue i dont want my tooth pulled PLEASE help me !!!! And what happeneds on the first ortho appt and the second appt please help i really want to know

okay, well i have braces, they most likely will pull ur tooth. dont worry ive had 5 pulled, and it doesnt hurt that much. you could just wait you know, or eat something really hard so it gets loser. wobbling helps to.


Once, you do get your braces on, dont worry, it only hurts for the second day, and when u get ur wires changed, it hurts for a day. If you are really in pain, take advil or something. But ice has helped me the most. On your first apt they will just tell you if your a canidate for braces or not and how much it will cost. on your second visit, the orthodontist will put in spaces. its just these rubber bands that the orthodontist puts in between 4 of your teeth. that sort of does hurt.

Reply:you probably have to get it pulled anyway...it'll be in the way when your adult teeth begin to shift into place with the braces..
