I'm 35 and want braces. When I went for my consult I was told I had so much going on in my mouth that I might need some type of surgical work done before I put braces on. I have a missing tooth in the upper front of my mouth that have been missing since I was 8yrs old so all my teeth are going all over the place. I ask if insurance would cover the surgical part, if I ended up needing it and she said no. I'm so ready to feel good about myself and I know I can't pay for anything surgical. I don't have money like that. I'm a single mother of three. I don't want to give up because I need to do this for me. Can anyone give me some advice or is there any dentist that can do some pro bono work to help me out, please. I have lived like this for 27yrs and it hurts. Thanks and have a bless day.
