What is a Warren's spring used in orthodontics? Are there any prefabricated ones ? Thanks!?

A Warren Spring is a torquing auxiliary used in orthodontic treatment. A torquing auxiliary is used to apply either palatal or labial root torquing forces to any one or more teeth. The auxiliary is in the form of an arcuate wire of highly resilient material such that it will not deform when activated and will tend to return to its passive state, and which includes at least a portion that can be easily secured to a bracket against relative rotation therewith.

As to whether prefrabicated ones are availble, I'm not sure what you mean by that.
