Except for waiting for growth, I don't think you can. Even with orthodontics, the amount of jaw growth stimulated with various appliances is small and dictated by your genetics. At 16, you are probably still growing.





When you are done growing, plastic surgery procedures including 'Genioplasty' are options to change your appearance. I would not recommend this until you are done growing, since there may be significant changes until then.
Reply:you realy cant i went to the dentist recently and they said my jaw was to small so i would have to have a jaw widener so i just got mine yesterday it realy dosent hurt there is no pain do not listen to what other people say they are just trying to scare you i was so scared when i went to yahoo answers and looked up if it herts everyone said the pain was unbarble but it wasnt it is not that bad when you get used to it best of luk.....
