Instant orthodontics is not really ortho the way one might think, that is physically moving teeth with braces or invisible braces (invisalign). Instant orthodontics is the use of porcelain restorations (indirect porcelain veneers) or bonding (direct veneers) to give the teeth an appearance of being straight.
