So one of my brackets on my braces fell out and it is moving around on the wire and getting cut on my lips. I put orthosil on it and I was wondering if it is okay to eat and sleep with it. Basically I'm trying to ask is it safe if I accidentally swallow it when I'm eating or sleeping?

Orthodontic relief wax is meant to be in the mouth. It is perfectly safe even if swallowed. It is silicone-based, which means it should be excreted safely if swallowed.
