My orthodontist said that he will be installing a finishing wire at my next appointment. What is that? I'm getting my braces off in May, so I'm almost done, but I don't know what to expect with a finishing wire. Please help!
What is a finishing wire for orthodontics?
finishing wire is usually thinner than the others. Its not much diff then any of the others, but doesnt move them as much. More holds them in place.
