I'm a college student that work at Walmart(not making much). What should I do?

I have a $300.00 car note, a $100.00 car insurance, $140.00 orthodontics bill, and $40.00 credit card bill. Recently I cashed a check into my savings account for $2960.00, thinking that was help me pay off some of these bills. I just learned that the check may be a fraud. I asked the bank teller was it OK and she assured me that it was, I also called the company to check to she if the check was real. Now I owe my bank $1600.00. I'm 21 with good credit(had)... What to do?

Where was the check from? Ask them for another (good!) check, passing a bad check is bank fraud!

If you are still in college, you need to ditch the car. $300 a month? For what? To drive to school and WalMart? For three month's payments and change you could have a paid off $1000 car that the insurance would be minimal on. It wouldn't look as nice, but you wouldn't be struggling!

There are no rich people driving fancy cars! Only people (just like you) who are in debt. Fix it before it becomes a lifetime habit!
Reply:It is NOT possible for the bank teller to know if a check is fraudulent. If you called any number ON THE CHECK it is as fraudulent as the check. What happened to the money you put in your savings?

If your car payment is $300, I am willing to bet you can't afford the car. SELL IT and buy the cheapest transportation you can find. Even with the shortage from being upside down on the car, and I promise you are, your payments will be less than they are now.

If you already owe the bank, you may as well make it a formal loan.
Reply:Get a multi-stream income through personal development by

attending courses that would upgrade your skills whereby you are able to either add value to your present job or do extra

sales job. Be more cautious over your financial situation. Sometimes, checks do bource back hence you've to check with the bank. There's lots of scams of such nature, and often the case, the victim is not aware of financial loopholes

by deceitful means of unworthy chaps.
