When would i get power chains?

ANY ORTHODONTICS?? I've had my braces on for a month ill get them tighten monday feb. 25 is it possible ill get power chains de to this large gap in my front teeth? when will i ever get them?

the orthodontist will determine when and how long you willl get power chains , they may not be in your treatment plan, due to the rapid movement that they cause. If you don't get them be PATIENT YOUR ORTHO WILL BE DONE IN AN ALLOTED AMOUNT OF TIME THAT IS BEST FOR YOU.

Reply:it depends on the orthos plans. he may want to move other teeth such as molars.

Reply:The same thing is happening to me right now. I have had braces for almost two months and want to get power chains to close a small gap in my top front teeth, and for a small one in my bottom teeth. When I asked about them the first time, no one answered me, so I am presuming that they are waiting for our teeth to get into the correct positions before they give them to us? You will most likely have to wait longer than I will to get power chains because your gap is bigger than mine, and because I have had braces a month longer. I hope this helps, and good luck!
