I am now 32 years old, and considering straighten my teeth with braces. My orthodontics doctor saids I need to have 4 teeth extracted before wearing braces. I know there're 2 above mentioned systems typically used in hospitals in the city I live, but I wonder which one is more suitable in terms of shortened treatment time as well as comfort. Any views and advices in this regard are highly appreciated.
